Our Reclaimed Weathered Wood Planks feature and array of brown and gray scale colors. All of our wood displays patinas from a natural weathering process. So you can anticipate color and grain texture variations from plank to plank. We keep our reclaimed wood planks at a more substantial 7/16″ thickness to achieve the look and feel of true wood panelling, and not that of a thinly veneered surface. We remove nails and clean the wood free of dirt and debris. We use our machines to create a flat back and sides on each wood plank. The flat back gives each board an even thickness to ensure a smooth and flush surface when paneling. The flat sides allow for perfect stacking and ensure each layer of your paneling stays level.
